Building self confidence
A believe In your own ability to do things and be successful is a common thinking among the rich and the poor.
A sense of inferiority and inadequacy interferes with the attainment of your hopes but self confidence leads to self realisation and successful achievement. Because of the importance of this mental attitude, this article will help you believe in yourself and realise your abilities.
CONFIDENCE
Is the feeling that you are certain about something. Is a positive belief that you one can generally accomplish what one wishes to do.

Is believing or having trust in oneself and abilities

Sometimes it can be hard to develop self confidence,either because personal experiences have caused her/she to lose confidence or because he/she surfers from low self esteem.

Is seen as doubt, or inabillity to trust and ignoring your true potentials, However a person who lacks self confidence will always doubt his true abilities to perform a certain task, especially in decision making.

Basically the mind is the seat of confidence.you're never going to feel confidence when your mind is filled with thought of fears,doubt and insecurity. Many atimes lack of confidence is as a result of some negative thought and understanding of oneself

1. Be peaceful minded
A peaceful I nd generates power. Regularly practice emptying tour mind of fears, hates, insecurities, regret and guilt feelings.
2. Beleive in yourself
"It is impotant to discover why you have these feelings of no power"
Understand your potentials and ability to do things .whenever a negative thought concerning your potentials, deliberately voice a positive thought to cancel it out.
3.Meet a counselor\mentor
Get a competent mentor/counselor to help you out.
A wise man once said "mentors are ladders".
Meeting a counselor can be done verbally or non verbally.
Verbally: through direct communication.
